Dear Editor, Glebe Report
On March 20, whilst the ground is still frozen underneath, a City of Ottawa truck arrives to fill in the huge pothole on Third Avenue with asphalt, and then pound it down. This is a quick-fix method which has never worked. Don’t we deserve better than this?
